iQOO 13 Launches with Snapdragon 8 Elite, RGB Camera Ring, and Massive 6,150mAh Battery

The iQOO 13, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, has officially launched, offering a high-performance display, upgraded camera capabilities, and a massive 6,150mAh battery for extended use.

This latest model boasts a slightly larger 6.82-inch display compared to its predecessor. Equipped with advanced Q10 light-emitting materials, it reaches up to 1,800 nits peak brightness. The BOE-made LTPO 2.0 AMOLED panel has a resolution of 1,440 x 3,200px and offers a variable refresh rate from 1 to 144Hz. Its unique design incorporates micro-quad curved corners, giving a nearly flat display appearance with subtle curves, along with a 32MP selfie camera and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner embedded in the display.

At the back, the iQOO 13 features an RGB-lit camera ring with 72 customizable light effects, offering 12 color combinations and effects like pulsing and spiraling. This RGB ring responds to notifications, music playback, charging status, and even in-game achievements for select games like Honor of Kings.

The phone’s camera system includes three 50MP sensors: a 1/1.56-inch main camera (IMX921) with OIS, a 2x telephoto lens, and a 1/2.76-inch ultrawide shooter with an f/2.0 aperture. Running OriginOS 5 based on Android 15 in China, the global variant is expected to launch with FuntouchOS 15 in December.

The iQOO 13 packs a substantial 6,150mAh silicon-carbon battery, supporting 120W wired charging, and introduces IP69 dust and water resistance. Available in Legend White, Track Black, Nardo Grey, and Isle of Man Green, prices start at CNY 3,999 ($560) for the 12/256GB model, and go up to CNY 5,199 ($730) for the 16GB RAM and 1TB variant. China shipments begin November 10, with a global launch anticipated in December.
